Parking & getting here

We're easy to reach: free curb parking a block away, meters out front, and the light rail six minutes' walk down Roosevelt. Here's the practical version.

Where we are

214 E Roosevelt St #1 — the monOrchid building, on Roosevelt between 2nd and 3rd Street. Look for the RIP mural and the Pedal Haus / Sake Haus signs; our door is in the same building.

Aerial view — Roosevelt runs left-to-right through the middle; Portland St is the next street north, the light rail is on Central to the west.Open in Google Maps →

Parking

Downtown Phoenix parking is a mix of free curb, metered curb and paid lots. Here's how we'd do it.

Free · Street2-min walk

Free curb parking — Portland St

E Portland St, one block north of Roosevelt

The street parallel to Roosevelt just north of us has free curb parking. Park there, walk south one block down 2nd or 3rd Street, and you're at our door. Always check the posted signs before you leave the car.

Paid · StreetOut front

Metered curb parking

Roosevelt St and the numbered streets

The spaces on Roosevelt and on 2nd and 3rd Street are metered. Pay at the meter or kiosk, and check it for enforcement hours and time limits.

Paid · Lots1–5-min walk

Paid lots & garages

Around Roosevelt Row and south toward the Convention Center

Surface lots on the surrounding blocks take cards or an app. On Suns and Diamondbacks nights the nearby lots go to event pricing — park up here on the Row and walk down instead.

Light rail

Valley Metro Rail · B Line≈0.3 mi · 6-min walk

Roosevelt/Central Ave station

Central Ave, just north of Roosevelt St

Get off at Roosevelt/Central — the "Arts District" stop — and walk east along Roosevelt for about six minutes; we're past 2nd Street. Coming from Tempe or Mesa on the A Line, change to the B Line at the Downtown Hub.

Rideshare & drop-off

Set the pin to 214 E Roosevelt St

Have the driver drop you on Roosevelt at 2nd Street. From the airport it's about 15 minutes; from the ballpark or arena about five.

Heads up

Hours: Mon–Fri 12–8 · Sat 10–8 · Sun 12–6. On big downtown event nights, give yourself a few extra minutes — the streets south of us fill up, but the Row usually stays easy.
